1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Yard Rescue Scoopin' Crew ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer professional pet waste removal services, including:
- Regularly scheduled yard clean-ups
- One-time clean-ups
- Commercial property services
3. Scheduling and Access
Service Days: Services are provided on specific days based on routing efficiency. While we strive to accommodate client preferences, specific appointment times cannot be guaranteed.
Access: Clients must ensure that gates are unlocked and accessible on the scheduled service day. If access is impeded due to locked gates, obstructions, or unsafe conditions, the service will be skipped, and the regular service fee will apply.
4. Yard Maintenance
- Lawn Care: Clients are responsible for maintaining their yards, including regular mowing and leaf removal. Overgrown grass, excessive leaves, or debris may hinder our ability to perform thorough clean-ups. We will remove visible pet waste but will not search through tall grass, overgrown areas, or piles of leaves.
5. Inclement Weather
- Severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snowstorms) may necessitate the rescheduling of services. We will notify clients of any changes and make reasonable efforts to reschedule within the same week.
6. Pets on Service Day
- While we are pet-friendly, for the safety of our technicians and your pets, we request that aggressive or protective dogs be secured indoors or away from the service area during our visit. If a pet poses a threat or prevents service, the appointment will be skipped, and the regular service fee will apply.
7. Waste Disposal
- Collected pet waste will be double-bagged and placed in the client's designated waste receptacle unless otherwise arranged.
- There may be additional fees for removing waste from client's property.
8. Payment Terms
- Billing: Clients will receive monthly invoices via email. Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Late Payments: A late fee of $5 will be applied to overdue accounts. Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 14 days until the account is current.
9. Service Cancellation
- By Client: Clients may cancel services at any time by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the next scheduled service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a charge for the missed service.
- By Company: We reserve the right to terminate services for reasons including, but not limited to, repeated inaccessible yards, non-payment, or unsafe conditions.
10. Liability
- While we take precautions to ensure gates are secured after service, Yard Rescue Scoopin' Crew is not responsible for pets that escape due to defective gates or fences. Clients are advised to inspect gates and fences regularly to ensure they are secure.
11. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
